NATIONAL YOUTH AUTHORITY DONATES TO MINISTRY OF HEALTH

As part of its contribution towards combating the COVID-19 pandemic and as part of fulfilling its Corporate Social Responsibility, CEO of the Authority Mr. Sylvester Tetteh has on behalf of the Governing Board, Management and staff made a donation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to the Ministry of Health.
Recieving the items, which included gloves, goggles, gowns and alcohol based sanitisers, The Hon. Deputy Minister for Health, Mr. Alexander Abban expressed appreciation to the Authority for the gesture and said the donation shall go a long way at aiding frontline workers in the discharge of their functions.
Mr. Tetteh said the donation was the Authority's contribution at combating the pandemic and said the NYA shall continue to partner government in all endeavours towards the betterment of our nation's citizens notably the youth.

Present at the ceremony was Hon. Francisca Oteng-Mensah, Board Chair of NYA, Mr. Henry Nana Boakye, Member of the NYA Board, Mr. Nelson Owusu-Ansah, Deputy CEO responsible for Programs and Operations at NYA and some selected directors and staff of the Authority.
